      Description

As an addition to ERL-910, I see that the same test client script executed against an OpenSSL's s_server server crashes during handshake.

I didn't tracked anything inside the SSL application code. This bug report is created at the same time as ERL-910, so fixing one might fix the other, but I have no idea.

      To start the server:

openssl s_server -port 21001 -CAfile /tmp/rabbitmq-test-instances/tls-certs/testca/cacert.pem -key /tmp/rabbitmq-test-instances/tls-certs/server/key.pem -cert /tmp/rabbitmq-test-instances/tls-certs/server/cert.pem -debug -state -status

      To start the client:

      escript ./ssl.escript client2 2>&1 | tee client.txt
